Both are excellent cameras. The Pocket 4 offers 4K/240fps, 6K/30fps, 107GB of built-in storage, 14 stops of dynamic range, ActiveTrack 7.0, and a new magnetic fill light. The Pocket 3 Creator Combo offers proven performance at a lower price point and uniquely includes the Battery Handle in the box (sold separately for the Pocket 4). If you shoot mostly 4K/30fps or 4K/60fps and do not need internal storage or 240fps slow motion, the Pocket 3 delivers outstanding results at a more accessible price. How does the DJI Mic 2 connect to the Pocket 3?
The DJI Mic 2 transmitter connects to the Pocket 3 via OsmoAudio direct pairing — no receiver dongle required. Clip the transmitter to clothing, power it on, and the camera picks up the audio wirelessly. The camera's three built-in microphones simultaneously record an ambient backup track as a safety net.
Is the Pocket 3 waterproof?
The Osmo Pocket 3 is not waterproof. It is designed for handheld content creation in everyday conditions. For water sports or outdoor adventures in wet conditions, the DJI Osmo Action 6 is the appropriate choice and is also available at ITFactory.ca.
Can I use it for vertical video on social media?
